Nicole takes on two private cases each month, for situations that need focused support now. Every case is different, so she talks with you first, then offers a price and a plan before any payment.
Who private work is for
For situations that need focused support now.
People: traumatic injuries, coma, and serious health issues where physicians and modern diagnostics have not provided answers or reasonable next steps.
Animals: pets in urgent situations, and sporting and athletic animals.
Two private cases are accepted each month. When both are filled, you can join the wait list for the next opening.
Fees
Clear pricing, set to the situation.
Sporting & athletic animals
$3,000 for three days of work, plus travel and lodging.
Pets
$150 per hour, remote by phone or video. On-site, hands-on work is quoted case by case. Outside Northeast Tennessee, fees are discussed first.

Cancellations: cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Later cancellations receive a partial refund, less processing fees and any travel costs already booked.

A father finds his voice

Not medical or mental-health treatment, and not a diagnosis. Nicole offers holistic health advocacy and options you can act on; your health choices remain your own. Not ongoing open-ended coaching.
