Coming up

Signals Within: Calm the Craving

Wednesday, November 11, 2026. Notice a craving or urge as a color, a texture, or a sound, then use EFT tapping to let its intensity ease. Many people find a craving becomes easier to observe, and to let pass, without force or willpower. You’ll leave with a short script you can use anytime.

Then: Release Survival Anxiety, Friday, December 11, 2026. For anyone carrying the weight of fight-or-flight: worry about having a safe place, past trauma, or the feeling of never being able to rest. Together we practice creating a little more safety from the inside, one gentle step at a time. Come back from November or start fresh.

A practice you can return to

Come as you are. Leave with something to work with.

These groups create a supportive community for shared learning and guided exploration, without asking you to have everything figured out beforehand.

Nicole brings together reflective practice, sensory awareness, and conversation to help participants tune in to the living wisdom within their cells—and let it illuminate the questions they carry.

For more than 35 years, her teaching has invited people to notice patterns, prepare clearer questions, and become more effective advocates in partnership with their healthcare team. Deeper listening is not a turn away from professional care; it is a way to participate in it more fully.

In the tapping groups, you first let a feeling show itself as a color, texture, or sound. Then you tap gently with your fingertips on a few points on the face and upper body (EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques) while naming what you feel. It is simple, needs no experience, and you can keep using it on your own.

These groups are educational and supportive. They complement, and don’t replace, addiction treatment, recovery programs, therapy, or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US).

In each gathering

Thoughtful guidance, practical tools, and a supportive group setting.

Each month offers a fresh point of entry for people who want to build greater self-awareness and bring what they learn into daily life.

What is EFT tapping?+

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle self-help practice: you tap lightly with your fingertips on points on the face and upper body while naming what you feel. Many people find it eases the intensity of stress and cravings. In these groups Nicole pairs it with sensory imagery, noticing a feeling as a color, texture, or sound. No experience is needed.

Is this a replacement for treatment?+

No. The groups complement, and don’t replace, addiction treatment, recovery programs, therapy, or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US).

How much does a session cost?+

$40 for a single session, or $30 a month for a membership that includes every group and the recordings. Five pay-what-you-can scholarship spots are held each month.

How do I join?+

Choose a single session or membership above and pay through PayPal. You’ll land on a short registration page; Zoom then emails you the join link and reminders.
