High-performing teams already have data, specialists, and process. What they may lack is an earlier, cleaner read on strain, cohesion, timing, overreach, and the human variables that do not show up in a dashboard until they cost the result.
Nicole’s work is practical, confidential counsel grounded in decades of applied sensory science, pattern recognition, and human performance. It is not psychic consultation, and it is not private-session work with a new label.

For racing, sport, and other pressure environments where small perceptual errors become missed calls, injuries, politics, or lost results.
Strategic second read · from $3,000
Three full days of hands-on work, on site or by video and phone, before a hire, partnership, launch, reorganization, or other consequential move. Travel, lodging, and meals are additional unless agreed in advance.
Exclusive annual team contract
Full-time, in-person advisory for one team, or the teams within one franchise, each year. No other team can engage Nicole during the contract. Fees and retainer by negotiation.

“The motor is bad.” “No way. It’s new.”
Dover, Delaware, 1997. Qualifying was done and the cars were going under covers when a NASCAR crew chief asked Nicole to touch his team’s car and tell him if anything was wrong. Her answer: the motor is bad. The motor was new. She told him that when he came in the next morning, there would be a puddle of oil under the car.
On race day, the crew was waiting for her at the gate. The oil was there. They changed the motor and finished the race without incident. (Team name confidential.)
Elite drivers don’t only need mindset coaching; they need command of their nervous systems. A driver’s heart rate can reach 180 beats per minute on the starting grid, narrowing vision and slowing reactions. Nicole helps drivers and teams intercept those stress loops in real time and sharpen situational awareness: track conditions, mechanical warning signs, and team dynamics, sensed earlier.
